The architectural control committee (ACC) is responsible for enforcing the community's architectural standards.
It reviews proposals for modifications, approving or denying them according to the HOA architectural committee guidelines outlined in the CC&Rs.
In fact, one of the most important responsibilities of the ACC is managing the application and approval process for such modifications.
The ACC is comprised of fellow residents. These are your neighbors, people you see and speak with every day. The ACC Guidelines are used by the Board for uniformity throughout Enchanted Valley, If a resident doesn't agree with the ACC's decision for an application to make modifications, an appeal process in in place to voice concerns. It is a resident's right to appeal.
