2025 HOA STATEMENTS
IMC has received several calls asking when the 2025 assessment statements will be sent out. Statements were emailed on Friday, December 6th to homeowners who have registered on their portal. PAPER STATEMENTS ARE IN THE MAIL TO ALL RESIDENTS and should be received within the week depending on mail delivery.
If you haven't set up an account on the IMC site, we encourage you to do so as they do send out information during the year that would be of interest to you. You can access their portal through the link below or directly at imcmanagement.net to set up your account.
