On or about last Wednesday, Sept 9, someone cut down the little crepe myrtle tree at the park entry gate. The tree was planted 3 years ago to provide shade to the bench rest stop for our walkers, visitors to the Little Library, and those using the dog washing station. It has been well cared, trimmed each February, watered, fertilized, and well used during it's short lifetime. It is beyond understanding why someone would destroy it. If you have any information or saw anyone around the tree last week, please let us know at enchantedvalleyhoa@gmail.com. This person owes our community a tree. There is a reward for anyone who will speak up and you may remain anonymous.
