* Be aware there are scammers in the neighborhood offering car body repair work. A report has been filed with the Sherriff's office. Several of our resident's cars have been damaged by these unscrupulous people.
* Pool season is fast approaching. If you have misplaced your fob please let us know at enchantedvalleyhoa@gmail.com. No need for a new one if you still have last years - it will work.
* The playground has been re-mulched and is all ready for our youngsters.
* There has been several problems with aggressive dogs escaping their backyards and threatening neighbors. Please make sure your fence is in good repair.
* Don't forget to move your clocks forward March 8.

* Blue Oasis is still recruiting lifeguards for the 2026 pool season. Contact Brian Vestal at 832-967-7833 for info on free training classes. Excellent pay and benefits.
