New Policy Announcements
Enchanted Valley has experienced many change since the last governing documents were updated and they are now very outdated.
To borrow from a recent article in the HOA Leader, “Maintaining up-to-date community governing documents is crucial because they enhance property values, ensure legal compliance, improve transparency and governance, and mitigate risks.”
We have received the new by-law draft from Porter Law Firm and are reviewing the document. Over the upcoming months we hope to hold several meetings at which Board members and the attorney from Porter Law will be available for Q and A.
Three new policies went into effect 1/1/2025 and are listed below. Once the by-laws draft is finalized, it will also be posted below.
