New Policy Announcements

Enchanted Valley has experienced many change since the last governing documents were updated and they are now very outdated.

To borrow from a recent article in the HOA Leader, “Maintaining up-to-date community governing documents is crucial because they enhance property values, ensure legal compliance, improve transparency and governance, and mitigate risks.”

The Board has passed a new Leasing Policy effective 2/2/2026 and is listed below.
