New Policies Now in Effect
Enchanted Valley has experienced so much change since the last governing documents were updated many years ago, that some of these documents are now unreliable, especially as they relate to homeowner rights and the functions of the board, officers, and management.
To borrow from a recent article in the HOA Leader, “Maintaining up-to-date community governing documents is crucial because they enhance property values, ensure legal compliance, improve transparency and governance, and mitigate risks.”
Over the upcoming months we will be updating, revising and amending our governing documents, and we want to make sure everyone is kept posted of our progress along the way.
With this in mind, here are three new policies to share with you that are now in effect. Read them and discuss them with your neighbors and other residents. These new policies affect every homeowner in Enchanted Valley.
